1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. This position offers 30-35 hours per week with competitive starting wages ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour based on shift differentials. The role involves various schedules such as A1, A2, B, C, and D, each designed to accommodate different availability needs.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipments.
• Perform general warehouse cleaning and maintain safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Follow warehouse safety guidelines and report any quality or safety concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise, standing, bending, reaching, and operating equipment.
• Work in varied temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
