Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the Aldi team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse standards, and ensuring operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Movement of merchandise and equipment.
• Various physical tasks in warehouse environment.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
