Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining warehouse standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties, inventory counts, and cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
