Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi. This role involves efficiently receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, demonstrate attention to detail, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and leadership. Physical requirements include lifting up to 45 pounds, operating powered industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
