Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with warehouse team and suppliers.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration with team, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to efficiently organize, execute tasks, and follow company policies.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical conditions.
