1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various duties including receiving stock, merchandise relocation, loading/unloading, warehouse inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to ensure efficient operations and contribute to achieving budgeted goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members
• Provide input for process improvements and product quality
• Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, grip, and walk
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment
