1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. If you are detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work independently or as part of a team, this position might be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
