1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure effective operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team environment.
