1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise in the warehouse. Your duties will include collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership, maintaining warehouse appearance and safety standards, and participating in inventory counts. This role requires the ability to work independently, follow safety guidelines, and communicate effectively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and warehouse inventory tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
