Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a warehouse associate, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders and maintaining a safe and organized working environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect and report on product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Work independently within delegated responsibilities to achieve warehouse goals.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and within a team.
