Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient functioning of our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare shipments by sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate warehouse equipment.
