Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining warehouse operations, ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
