1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring Full-Time Warehouse Associates to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards through general cleaning.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, positive attitude, collaboration, and resilience.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work effectively in varying temperatures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
