Spartan Warehouse and Distribution Company Inc. is a third-party logistics (3PL) company based in Columbus, OH, specializing in owning and operating warehouses, fleets, and equipment. With extensive experience in handling various types of inventory, we are looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee our Hazelwood, MO location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing transportation, storage, and distribution activities in compliance with organizational policies, government regulations, and maintaining AIB food grade certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including freight, returns, receiving, and transfers.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain operational accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle mechanical and IT systems, liaise with customers and other departments, and supervise staff.
• Ensure quality objectives, delivery deadlines, and budget management.
• Administer inventory control and uphold AIB food grade standards.
