Agronomy Applicator/Truck Driver

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Agronomy Applicator & Truck Driver at Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc. This full-time role involves applying crop nutrients and protection products, maintaining custom application vehicles, equipment, and facilities. We are seeking a candidate who is mechanically inclined, enjoys hands-on work outdoors, and has a passion for operating equipment while delivering professional service.

Responsibilities

• Precisely blend and apply fertilizers and agricultural chemicals following recommendations and label directions.
• Ensure safe job performance in compliance with environmental regulations and company guidelines.
• Maintain facilities, equipment, and vehicles to uphold appearance and functionality standards.
• Perform mechanical work on assigned vehicles when required.
• Complete applicator logs and reports accurately.
• Monitor and communicate product inventory levels to the Location Manager to prevent any schedule disruptions.
• Load and unload inventory safely.
• Promote the business to new and existing customers.
• Ensure timely product deliveries to local destinations.
• Obtain and maintain a CDL license with necessary endorsements.
• Operate equipment following safety protocols.
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations at all times.
• Assist and train seasonal employees.
• Perform any other assigned duties as required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Prior experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
