Job Description

Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc is looking for a dedicated Agronomy Applicator to join their team on a full-time basis. The role involves the precise application of crop nutrients and protection products, along with maintaining equipment and facilities to provide top-notch service.

Responsibilities

• Blend and apply fertilizers and chemicals accurately following recommendations.
• Maintain a safe working environment in line with regulations and company standards.
• Perform maintenance on equipment and vehicles as needed.
• Complete necessary logs, reports, and records efficiently.
• Deliver products on time and maintain inventory levels.
• Promote business and build customer relationships.
• Comply with traffic laws and drive responsibly.
• Assist in training seasonal employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Prior experience is beneficial.
