Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a critical role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts.
• Operate cash registers and follow cash handling policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
