Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store operates smoothly, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
