Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a crucial part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members and management to create a pleasant shopping environment.

$17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Capable of operating store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is desirable
