Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's efficiency and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Comply with all established policies, procedures, and maintain security
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Conduct general cleaning duties to company standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Work effectively both independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
