Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a part-time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at ALDI. As a Cashier or Stocker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing top-notch customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will collaborate with team members, ensure store security, and perform assigned duties diligently. Cashiers will process purchases, maintain cleanliness, provide excellent customer service, and follow cash handling procedures. Stockers will arrange products on shelves, follow merchandising guidelines, handle new inventory, and operate equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to follow company policies
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective time management
• Knowledge of retail products

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience a plus
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
