Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader.
• Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within the area of responsibility.
• Processes customer purchases, performs general cleaning duties, stocks shelves, and assists customers with their shopping experience.
• Stocks shelves, rotates products, follows merchandising planograms, and operates machinery according to safety procedures.

Physical Demands:

• Required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
• Ability to stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds on shelving at various heights.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Knowledge of company products and services.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Education and Experience:

• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
