Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to enhance the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
- Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
