Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and stock shelves neatly
• Assist customers and provide exceptional service
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory management and uphold company policies
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and store security guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
