We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in store management, overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring store performance, managing schedules, and implementing operational plans. Your responsibilities will include developing action plans, training and developing the team, monitoring the competitive environment, ensuring inventory procedures, maintaining cleanliness, optimizing stock levels, and supervising operations.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
