Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position involves merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. As a key member of the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and inquiries.
  • Stock shelves, maintain displays, and ensure store cleanliness.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures accurately.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
