Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing excellent customer service. As a vital part of the team, you will collaborate with colleagues and management to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Ensure the store is clean and well-organized.
  • Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback on products and issues.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register with accuracy.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
